Demo song development

If you’ve written a song, but you only have sheet music or a simple voice memo recording and you’re ready to take the demo to the next step, I can help! I’ve worked with writers to develop their early ideas into full demo tracks that they can use to pitch to producers, artists, and collaborators. Here’s a short example of an artist who sent me a rough demo recorded on an iPhone, and what I developed the demo into:

Demo vocal performance

If you’ve written a song and crafted the perfect instrumental, but you want to hear what it would sound like with a professional male vocal, I’m your man! Here’s an example of a song I recorded vocals for, sung from the perspective of a young single guy crafting his perfect dating app profile:

Full cover song arrangement

I’ve created more than 80 fully produced cover songs over the last decade, so at this point the process feels second nature to me! Whether you need a full instrumental track for yourself to work with, or you need me to produce the whole thing (vocals and all), I’m happy to do it! Here’s an example of a cover song I arranged, recorded, and produced - the request was a wedding version of “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts:
